To some, a $5 donation might seem like little to celebrate, especially when other larger donations have come in but let me explain why I do!
I celebrate that $5 donation because someone had the option to give what they may have felt to be little or nothing. Instead of giving nothing, they gave! God can and WILL use that $5. Not only will He use it to bring Alyssa home, He will use it by multiplying it and blessing the one who gave with a joyful heart!
I don't know who has been giving or how much. I only know that there are times when I get on my blog and see a change in the donation number. I've seen it change by $10, $250, $50, $5 and $35. I do not know if those were the increments given or if multiple amounts were given and entered at the same time. And it really doesn't matter, except that with EACH AND EVERY dollar added, we are blessed and encouraged.
So thank you! Thank you to everyone who has and will contribute. I am so very encouraged and excited to see what the Lord is doing and will do. I pray that each one of you is encouraged and blessed through this process as well. I cannot thank you enough! Praise Jesus for His faithfulness to His calling!!
